TowneLIFE is built for the whole community. We want every neighbor — regardless of ability, device, or language — to find what they need. If something is hard to use, tell us and a real person will help: [email protected].

Our commitment

We aim to meet the spirit of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox — we keep improving as the platform grows.

What we do

  • Clear, high-contrast text and buttons so content stays readable.
  • Keyboard-friendly navigation and descriptive labels for screen readers.
  • Meaningful alt text on images across the community.
  • Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops.
  • A live Spanish concierge through Ask Sierra for Spanish-speaking neighbors.

Need help right now?

Ask Sierra, our in-app guide, can answer questions in plain language — in English or Spanish — and point you to the right place. You can also reach a real person any time at [email protected].

Tell us what to fix

If you run into a barrier — something you can’t read, click, or complete — please let us know what happened and the page you were on. Your feedback directly shapes what we improve next.
