Canva guide: make it print-ready
- In Canva choose Create a design → Custom size and enter the pixel size you want (for example 1200 × 1500 px for a quarter page).
- Place your photo so it fills the whole design. Keep words and faces 75 px away from every edge.
- Click Share → Download and pick PNG (or PDF Print). Leave the size at 1×.
- Photos must start large — Canva cannot add detail to a small photo. Logos are best as vector files.
Our contributors are community volunteers. Everything you send that we publish earns your byline, a Press Pass badge with your own QR code, and analytics showing reads, likes, follows and shares.
